AACCT: Advanced Aeromedical & Critical Care Transport
Date : 29 to 30th September 2026
Venue : Subang Sky Park Rac
The Advanced Aeromedical & Critical Care Transport (AACCT) is a flagship executive professional training programme developed by Lifedot Medevac, a division of EFINAIR MYJETS INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD, to equip healthcare professionals with the specialised knowledge and operational skills required for the safe transport of critically ill and injured patients by air.
Designed around international best practices, AACCT integrates aeromedical physiology, critical care medicine, aviation safety, operational planning, human factors, fit-to-fly assessment, patient selection, aircraft environment, ventilation during transport, and real-world case-based learning. Participants gain practical insights into clinical decision-making and multidisciplinary teamwork within the unique environment of air ambulance operations.
ADVANCED FLIGHT NURSE ( AFN)
Date : 19 to 23th October 2026
Venue : Subang Sky Park Rac
The Advanced Flight Nurse (AFN) programme is an intensive 5-day professional development programme designed for registered nurses seeking to develop specialised knowledge and practical competencies in aeromedical and critical care transport nursing.
The programme integrates advanced nursing principles with aeromedical physiology, pre-transport patient assessment and stabilisation, airway and ventilation management, haemodynamic care, critical care pharmacology, trauma and neurological care, aeromedical equipment, human factors, Crew Resource Management (CRM), mission coordination and clinical emergency management.
Through a combination of theory, case-based learning, practical skills, simulation and competency assessment, participants will learn how the aircraft environment can influence patient physiology and clinical care, while developing the judgement, communication and teamwork required during complex patient transfers.
The programme follows the complete aeromedical patient journey from pre-transfer assessment and preparation through transport, management of clinical deterioration and structured handover at the receiving facility.
