Standard Terms & Conditions of Registration
These Terms & Conditions apply to all training programmes conducted by Lifedot Aeromedical Academy, a division of EFINAIR MyJets International Sdn. Bhd. By registering for any programme, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration
1.1 Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of a completed registration form and acceptance by Lifedot Aeromedical Academy.
1.2 Programme places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
1.3 Lifedot Aeromedical Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its sole discretion.

2. Confirmed Booking
2.1 Upon issuance of an official invoice by Lifedot Aeromedical Academy, the registration shall constitute a Confirmed Booking, and the participant’s seat will be reserved.
2.2 By accepting the invoice, the participant or sponsoring organisation agrees to pay the programme fee in accordance with the invoice terms and these Terms & Conditions.
2.3 A confirmed booking represents a contractual commitment between the participant (or sponsoring organisation) and Lifedot Aeromedical Academy.

3. Programme Fees & Payment
3.1 An official invoice will be issued upon confirmation of registration.
3.2 Full payment must be received on or before the invoice due date.
3.3 Failure to settle payment by the invoice due date may result in cancellation of the reserved seat without further notice.
3.4 Participants remain liable for all outstanding programme fees unless otherwise agreed in writing by Lifedot Aeromedical Academy.
3.5 All bank charges, transfer fees or foreign exchange charges (if applicable) shall be borne by the participant.

4. Payment Method
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the bank account stated in the official invoice unless otherwise advised in writing.

5. Transfer of Registration
5.1 A substitute participant from the same organisation may attend at no additional cost, provided written notification is received at least five (5) working days before the programme.
5.2 A participant may request a transfer to another programme intake, subject to written approval and seat availability.
5.3 Only one (1) transfer is permitted per confirmed registration unless otherwise approved by the Academy.

6. Cancellation by Participant
6.1 All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
6.2 Confirmed bookings are non-refundable except where specifically provided under these Terms & Conditions.
6.3 Where attendance is no longer possible, participants are encouraged to nominate a substitute participant.

7. Programme Rescheduling or Cancellation by Lifedot Aeromedical Academy
7.1 Lifedot Aeromedical Academy reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate or cancel any programme due to operational requirements, instructor availability, accreditation initiatives, safety considerations, insufficient enrolment, force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.
7.2 Where a programme is rescheduled, all confirmed registrations shall automatically be transferred to the revised programme date at no additional cost.
7.3 If a participant is unable to attend the revised programme date, the Academy may, at its discretion, approve a transfer to another available intake.
7.4 If the rescheduled programme is subsequently postponed or rescheduled again by Lifedot Aeromedical Academy, participants who have made full payment shall be entitled to a full refund of all programme fees paid.
7.5 The full refund shall be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the participant’s written request or from the Academy’s cancellation notice, whichever is applicable.

8. Attendance
Participants are expected to attend the full programme. Certificates may only be issued to participants who satisfy the Academy’s attendance requirements.

9. Certificates
Certificates of Completion will be issued upon successful completion of the programme.

10. Intellectual Property
All course materials, manuals, presentations, videos and related content remain the intellectual property of Lifedot Aeromedical Academy and shall not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written consent.

11. Photography & Media
The Academy may photograph or record programme activities for educational and promotional purposes unless participants notify the Academy in writing before the programme.

12. Limitation of Liability
Lifedot Aeromedical Academy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the programme. Liability, where permitted by law, shall not exceed the programme fee paid.

13. Force Majeure
Neither Party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations arising from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, industrial action or transportation disruption.

14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

15. Amendments
Lifedot Aeromedical Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest published version shall prevail.
